Musing the idea of sending an old AU of mine to Destiny Strings. We'll see.

Anything we should know?: This is an AU of an already AU(read: spinoff) series, thrown into an entirely different setting thus changing like 80% of everything, so I'll understand if you consider this too removed from canon. I just wanted to give it a try.

AU Backstory:
Her OU history can be found here, but it has little to do with the AU version's history save for several parallels.
AU Kanonno's story takes place in takes elements from Radiant Mythology's story and puts them in a setting loosely based off of Vocaloid song series Synchronicity. In this world, there exists something called the World Tree. This Tree facilitates the production of mana, an energy force that serves as the basis of all life. However, over time the Tree became corroded and could no longer produce mana on its own. With the world in a panic over the mana shortage, a religious sect called the Order of Gilgulim came into power, as they were the only ones who knew how to fix the Tree.
Gilgulim's leader, Widdershin, claimed that the Tree could no longer produce mana because its roots were so rotten that the mana had no clear path to flow through. Due to this, a maintainer that could direct the mana in its proper direction was needed. However, to avoid corroding the Tree further, only one person was to be allowed inside the Tree's sanctuary at any time, and they were to stay inside the sanctuary until they could do their job no longer. Somewhere along the way, it was decided that the only people who could meet those conditions were females skilled in magic, and thus Widdershin mandated that every town, village, and city was to offer one Descender candidate every 10 years. These females were called Descenders-- those who descend into the Tree and never come back.
With the setting out of the way, let me introduce you to the Kanonno of this world: Canon. Canon lived in a small town

Since Canon was unable to recall where she had come from, the people of Pasca let her live with them until she regained her memories. She lived mostly on her own, and helped the village by doing various chores and requests in exchange for food and money. She became well known among Pasca for being a cheerful girl that could always be relied on.
While Pasca was quite welcoming to the amnesiac girl, their true nature was revealed when the Holy Knights of Gilgulim came. Per Widdershin's decree, they had come to collect one Descender. The people of Pasca, not wanting to offer any of their own children, quickly offered the orphaned Canon to be taken away. Despite everything she had done for them, and even though she loved the village like a second home, those feelings were not returned. Even so, she left the village with a smile, thanking them for giving her a home for all those years.

Personality:
(This should describe how your character interacts with others and how he or she feels about certain things and situations. This takes a look into the heart and soul of your character, and it will help us understand him/her. Try and flesh this character out as much as you can to show that you really understand them. A good way to divide this section up would be: usual moods, interaction with others, and interactions with friends.)
Key Personality Differences:
A major difference between Canon and Kanonno is that Canon is older, and she has many of the social experiences that come with her age, unlike Kanonno who only knows the basics. While still naive in her own right, she has experience with social norms (unlike the original who for example, didn't properly know what a wife is.)
Another difference between the two is that instead of guilt, Canon has a hidden resentment. The tables are turned-- instead of Kanonno turning her back on Pasca, Canon was abandoned by them.
Canon Powers:
(List ALL your character's powers, or provide a link to them. When you do, give them a skill subset (elemental, strike, mind or almighty). You may just use one for all of the skills, as long as it is not almighty. If you aren't sure, improvise and guess approximately.)

(This is for the demon tamers/pokemon trainers/characters who canonly have other creature assisting them. No matter how many they have, you are limited in bringing SIX of them so please do not list any more than that.)

You are allowed one large item that is iconicly associated with them (so pilots could bring their robot, batman could bring his car). Mods have the final say on what you bring, but for the most part we will be alright. Just keep in mind you are living in a 1 1/2 apartment. Without parking.
This being said, you are allowed to bring in your character's robots. There is just no parking for it right now.)

- The setting has been completely changed-- the world is still called Terresia and it still depends on the World Tree for mana, but he Descender system is different-- Descenders are maiden sacrifices that spend their lives maintaining the mana cycle of the World Tree.
- Instead of Widdershin trying to take Terresia's mana, he controls all of it. The Order of Gilgulim is a group that oversees everything that pertains to the World Tree including the training and assignment of Descenders.
- In this AU, her name is Canon.
- She loses her memories when she and her father were involved in an accident.
